I hate RPGs (in general) and love RTS games. However, I've always liked the building aspect of RTS a lot and not so much the battles (although I do enjoy a battle or two). So I'm really looking for a game where I could develop an entire country/civilization with some battle mixed in there...

I am leaning towards the Maxx. If you do not need the better camera the K1M is reported to have very good phone performance and is the best looking cell phone I have seen yet. And $100 cheaper than the Maxx.
