If you're expecting Surfer Rosa to be anything like Doolittle you're going to be a little disappointed, it's far more raw, still an absolutely stellar album though. Sublime from start to finish.

they were all really good. thats what made them so epic. both songwriters had different talents in their song writing, and together they had something kinda magical. its like they were musical soul mates. take that away and even though both of their solos have highlights, they are missing...
