I was going to recommend Cypher as well! Brilliant film. I can also vouch for Thirteenth Floor & Dark City. Maybe Primer - but that's more about time-travel paradoxes - very dark & almost impossible to unravel. Strange Days is also quite a good one.

i blame it on 4 moments in the film 1.when the ship was squeezing through the rocks especially the bit up in the crows nest 2.when kong leaps and runs with ann at 150 mph 3.when kong, ann and the t-rexs were falling through the gorge entangled by the vines and everyone was swinging backwarRAB...

RAB. Is nothing scared? This movie really doesn't need to be remade either. I can't see what they'd need to do differently now than they did in 1984. It wasn't the kind of movie that needed loaRAB of flashy CGI crap. Bet they cast someone like Megan Fox in the female lead, too.

I'm not overly critical of it I just think that considering its budget and compared to the other two in the series it felt a little lacking. Perhaps I was overly harsh to lump it in with FF and the Hulk but there you go....

They all had fun during the "Dance Magic Dance" number Jennifer Connelly was then, and is to this day one of the most beautiful women on earth IMO
