Swans -EP Hugely underated band and this thread could be made for them as they made a good half dozen EP'S. One of the first No wave banRAB. This one is not as brutal as their later stuff, but is still noisy and experimental.

I would say the two albums are really pretty similar in that regard, but I think Bone Machine is more accessible to someone new to Tom Waits. Rain Dogs is probably my favorite album by him though.
