Well, its an argument quite a few people have. DBZ has a lot of fantasy elements that some beleive can't translate well to live action. Heck, that's probably the reason writers and directors feel the need to make changes to it. Where as CB is pretty much an live action Western movie...

I thought the general consensus was that Death-Note's second arc would have been much better if they hadn't needed to rush the story? That DN would be better with 50 episodes so that Near and Mello can tell their story properly and with all the clues intact?
