Just use ultimate voice recorder for s60 3rd edition, no beeps while recording phone call and unlimited sound recording. It records not only AMR but WAV too.

From what I recall on my 6620, killing the process "MmfslaTone" with FExplorer while the recording program was running would stop the beep.

Just copy it to your PC and use an audio editor like Audacity to reduce the gain.

The N91 doesnt have an option for a memory card. It only uses the built in 4/8 gb hard drive so that's not an option unfortunately.
