I never cease to be amused by allegedly-professional broadcasters who swear during live programmes and then express amazement they have been heard.The first rule of broadcasting is always to assume the microphone is live even if you're in a darkened studio (and don't swear in any case).

take the pain med, the pain med keeps you comfortable, no reason 2 hurt when you don't have too. PT is bad first couple times after that i thought it felt pretty good.I always take a couple of hydrcodones before i go to PT, in mine they move my arm up down and around to keep it from freezing up...
