I finally figured it out and here is how: After calling Apple, they suggested adding one folder at a time. I did this and at first didn't see any issues, but once I hit a folder that had a ton of music I put into subfolders (ie: 50 cent with multiple albums) I saw all of a sudden those folders...

Read Da Vinci Code and liked it, although i'm told by people that have read all the other 'Langdon' books it's actually the weaker of the stories. I suspect it'll carry on assuming the Da Vinci Code does okay... More run and run like Jack Ryan than Bond for me though. ;)
