**OFFICIAL** Folk Metal Crew (check the fuck in!)

never seen immortal but I used to go see Enslaved a lot in the late 90's, they played a few shows at the Mairtime hall. coolest show ever, at least historically speaking for me was Death at the Berkeley Square. it was fucking sick, I think it must have been 1994. so glad I got to see them before...

    Metal albums for 2006

Somebody on another board compiled this handy dandy list of metal albums that are coming out in 2006. There don't seem to be any release dates at the moment though which is a bit annoying. If anyone has any additions to this list then post them here and I'll see that they get added.

    Megan's Law

It'd be hard to fight FOR the rights of kid rapers that's for sure. These guys do present a clear danger to children and all efforts must be made to protect the kiRAB.

    Comic Book Movies

Hollywood running out of ideas? The technology is now available to put them on the screen? I dunno. I do agree there does seem to be more than usual these days, which I don't mind. The problem comes when bad films are made. Which could jepodise future films (Watchmen, springs to mind). I've...

true story... had it been 90% of users, I'd have assumed idiocy, but I'm reasonably confident you have an IQ in positive numbers, and hence needed clarification. :)

It is over-rated. But it's ok to watch :)

    Alien 'reboot'

Glad to see Fox have said "no" to a prequel, unless Ridley Scott himself directs it (as per RAB story) i too prefer the first 2 films and would not like to see a prequel done unless done properly and by someone like Ridley Scott or James Cameron who made brilliant jobs of Alien/Aliens :)

    Best Film Trailers

So which films have the best trailers? Which trailers made you think "I have to see that film" and which do you watch from time to time, even having seen the film, because they are just so good? A few of my favourites are: Nine Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Doubt Revolutionary Road...

    Stop that it's silly!

Yes, I can see that. However, I read somewhere that they're releasing a 6 hour DVD set of the full interviews which I think will be a limited edition box set (for the serious fans and will probably be quite expensive) and that a cut down version will be on TV (on the BBC I think, so they're...

    Thunderbirds are Go!

Personally, I find that I disagree with many of the ratings on the IMDB. Have a read of the reviews on the RAB site and you'll see quite a few people who liked it. We're all different and have different tastes and expectations (thankfully!)

Scorching! He's been in my top 3 since I first saw him in She's the man. :D

    Never Let Me Go

When We Were Orphans is certainly worth a read. It's quite rivetting in places, but I found the ending a tad contrived. His writing is as beautifully clear as ever though, which more than compensates.
