I'm not quite sure, but I was still excited about this episode when it first came out in the dub. Maybe it was the fact that the previous episode was more intense with Agumon actually getting captured and all that helped that. That and I just liked seeing Raidramon in action for the first time...

Absolutely. The "One" video was very much artistically merited, but it also opened up pandora's box, so to speak, they got a glimpse of their potential future success as "sellouts" and couldn't resist the temptation. What pisses me off is that they went to such extent as to actually enlisted...

The first episode was decent... The animation and the art style don't look any special but I will watch 3 episodes before thinking to drop this or not.
