    When you catch them spray them with water, clap your hands, yell at them - anything to scare them away. I keep a loaded water pistol on my patio. Doesn't hurt the cats so you don't get into a fight with your neighbors, but it will after a few times keep the cats away.

    How do most courts send you a summons?

    Jury duty is by regular mail. Order to appear before a judge for a traffic ticket may be regular or certified mail. A subpoena may be hand delivered. I live in a different state, but I believe things are similar or the same on delivery customs.
