    How do you make salsa restaurant style?

    You know, not like poco de gio style but a soupy consistency. Do they use canned tomatoes? I have tried to boil my own but it dosent come out the same? Sometimes it almost has a light oily base. Any ideas?

    Is a smoked ham cooked?

    I got it from a friend that had got it through a butcher so there are no instructions but she said it was smoked and defiantly smells smoked. ;}
