Can you post what genre the music is for people viewing the thread? It would give people a good idea of what they might want to check out.

    Avp2

You should be grateful, it was horrendous. I didn't have a problem with lighting on the one I watched, was fine on my television.

    Does anyone else agree?

Yeah there have been some good films so far in the 00's but remember that we are only half way through this decade and there are hopefully a lot more good films to come!

    New IMDB layout.

It's a pain that you can't have the 'normal' setting by default, so if I'm briefly using it on my laptop where I hadn't logged in, or on another PC, it still comes up with the old style :(

    About Schmidt

My 15 year old son watched it with me and he now wants it on DVD. Jack is brilliant, as always. The point of the film to me was, though you might not think you've left your mark on the world, you probably have made a difference to someone, somewhere. And thats all that matters, really :)

    Frank Ross is out!

When I heard at the latest Bafta's that Tom Bell had passed away, I remembered this series and how much I had liked it. I ordered it on dvd and it has now arrived. I hope I'll be able to watch it, as it has no subtitles (and as a foreigner I sometimes struggle to hear things in slang). Does...

    Oceans 13

There might be a Ocean 14 as well but without Steven Soderbergh according to Dark Horizons: "Steven Soderbergh confirmed in an interview at the Edinburgh Film Festival last night that "Ocean's 13" would be the last in the Ocean's series - at least with him involved. Reports submitted to...

    Phantom Of The Opera

It's only on limited release in the USA at the moment, so it can be entered in for the OSCAR selections. It has earned $16.2M already, so when it goes nation-wide on January 21st I'd expect it to be a lot bigger! To be honest I loved it! Everything about it was fantastic, from the opening...

Really disappointed with 'Street Fighter - Legend of Chun Li'

The original Cammy is a tiny/petite English woman with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes. What was wrong with Kylie? She is, after all, a tiny woman with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes.

    Cinemas with earphone sockets?

I find buying a widescreen TV and watching films at home worked for me. If I want company while I watch I can just invite some frienRAB round.

    The Village

When the guy was in the watch tower I freake dme out, but the minute you saw them in full it was a similar feeling to seeing the creature in Jeepers Creepers. Shitty. I guessed the twist halfway through. and I have no idea how- i just knew.

    Batman Begins Sequel

 I hate it when people blame things on us kiRAB. I am 17 years old, therefore in this 'MTV generation'. I actually think it is the best film I have ever seen, so don't categorise please. :) Heath Ledger was amazing, truely deserves an Oscar for this performance. The film was full of twists...
