    What's the best free (hopefully non-downloadable) flash game/movie maker? I have Windows Movie Maker, but everytime I pull it up it takes literally ten minutes to load and then when it's done, it takes forever and lags so bad. I'd like to make good flash movies. And games. I'm using Windows.

    I saw this documentary about Philadelphia, and it is such a dangerous place. Everyone carries guns and knives. Even if you were able to beat up someone who was armed, they would have strong connections and kill you later. And they go along in gangs who carry guns.
