    Would it be easier to get on SWAT if I became a police officer or if I was an MP in the

    ARMY? Bc it takes 7-8 months to get out of the Police Academy and then i think u have to be a police officer for about 3 years until u can get on SWAT if i am correct.     What are some easy cardio exercises?

    By easy i mean easy to understand and doesn't require equipment, because i have none. I have one of those jump-rope looking things, that's it. i was told i needed more cardio work-outs when i run for 20-40 minutes every other day...? and sometimes i dance in my room, lol!
