I need to program a used radio to replace the factory

I just got the car painted and when I got it back for some reason the interior lights wont turn on. When I received the car all the lights were pushed on but none were working, I checked the 51 mini relay and its working fine. Any suggestions?

i know you can only download a trial. but for some reason i cant buy it online. it has to be cs3 because im trying to import a fla from work(which requires cs3) and i also have 10.3.9. so PLZ help me get a trial.
