40 things that only happern in movies :)

You will be able to stop timers on fiendishly-cunningly designed bombs that you have no prior knowledge of with only 2 seconRAB to spare. (With the aid of a pair of cutting pliers that you seem able to conveniently lay your hanRAB on. I wish they'd help me find mine when I want them. Maybe I...

    Lord Of The Rings trilogy

The books are wonderfully rich, but desperately padded. The movies are the best adaptation you could EVER make from them. However, get the extended edition DVRAB... I can't watch the "standard" versions any more, as things are just plain MISSING. The Lord of the Rings is a 12 hour movie...

    Mad Men.

I have an HD STB - but I'm choosing to watch MM on Topfield SD PVR because the sound on HD is so weak and lacks the quality that is essential to soak up the sound of those voices. I've got a soundbar+sub that really beefs up my plasma's sound but it can't compensate for HD's shortcomings. I...

    Watchmen

I'm not convinced that the people who read Watchmen are the same age group who frequent US cinemas. Anyone who hasn't read it and turns up expecting Spiderman etc. will be in for a shock. I don't understand AM's attitude to the filming of his work: if he hates the idea so much why did he give up...
