    Wow, you should at least be grateful that it's coming out at all. There are tons of anime out there that wish they could be streamed, be on tv, or finish their tv run. And remeraber, there are other options for Naruto, like Sci-Fi channel. Hell even Disney XD or Nicktoons Network is possible.

    Loophole over DVD age rating law

    It means that a retailer can't be prosecuted for selling you a DVD if you're underage. You would never get into trouble for buying a DVD older than your age - it's the act of selling it that is illegal (or was intended to be illegal:D)
