    Albums You're Digging II

^ I love this album so much. Say what you like about how it all may as well be date-stamped by a certain weekend in 1985, but Small Talk is a belter of a song. Conclusive evidence that 80s pop could actually be quite good.

    Top 5 Of Anything (Musically)

I think their being overplayed is why they made the list for me, though. I'm not nearly as old as you, and those songs really remind me of my childhood and the music my dad used to play. And I just kind of assume that Stairway is everyone's #1 :-p

    Funeral song

If I ever joined the army: "Benny Got Blowed Up" by Nofx. If I went on a mass murdering spree and was eventually killed: "Blood Red Summer" by Coheed & Carabria. If I ever take over the world and become a dictator, but get assasinated then "So Long...And Thanks For The Crutches" by...

do you think that adding videos to good song actualy makes the song worst?

I don't see the what the problem is with music videos, there are banRAB who put a lot of effort into making them, such as Tool and Radiohead. Plus even the terrible ones can be entertaining.

    Favorite era of music

For me, it's close between a few "eras": 1963-1969, 1977-1983 and 1989-1995. Very rough eras, of course. But the '60s psychadelic pop era, the British punk and post-punk era and the Madchester/Britpop/shoegaze era are all vying for my favourites (depending on mood). And by "Britpop" I don't...

Funimation To Release Dragonball Season 1 in September!?

Awesome! Not a huge fan of the whole faux-widescreen, but heck, we finally get the original 13 FUNi Dragonball episodes on DVD. I'm sold. 775 minutes, hmm? That should translate to roughly...38 episodes. That would put it about in the middle of the Red Ribbon Army saga, wouldn't it?

    Writing your own songs..

Id have to Agree that you really have to write lyrics first, if you write the music first then lyrics it always seems that the lyrics dont fit or just sounRAB choppy. Im not saying that it cant be done but i think it is a lot easier to do lyrics first.
