This charge is laughable at best. Parody is protected by the first amendment and upheld by the Supreme Court. But if they do win, expect MC Hammer and the Estate of Rick James to sue Family Guy for "Can't Touch Me." Even though Peter explicitly said "So Hammer, you can't sue."
