If anyone wishes to go and see this, based on the critical acclaims and good press its received this past three months, dont. It has a story with just three novel ideas that are repeated ad infinitum to pack out the film to its full 80 minutes, and it seems like youve watched a three hour film...

I gave the definition of subjectivity, to which personal interpretation disputes would obviously be important. As with most things in this thread, you have failed to respond to what I actually said. And this is a classic avoidance of the argument. You demand that YOUR interpretation be...

You don't see a problem with allowing those same teenagers access to guns?

'True Love Waits' by Radiohead. Just reduces me to fucking tears every time I hear it.

I enjoyed Superman III, but yes you could see the quality had dropped from I and II. Superman IV was very poor. I have all 4 films on DVD, and am hoping this new Superman Returns is back on form.

Am very much looking forward to seeing this; may even go to the cinema alone to see it if I can't pin my wife down! TBI is one of my favourite films - and I love Franke Potente: anyone sen 'Run Lola Run'?

Ok I've looked on IMDB and here's what I've seen him in: Chancer Close My Eyes Gosford Park The Bourne Identity King Arthur Sin City 6 things, which is a fair old amount really, and at varying points in his career. I've also seen various clips of him in other things, most recently Derailed...

One of the best films I've seen in years. So many differing parts of this film I fell in love with. The story, the photography, the acting, the horror, even the CGI was shit hot. Hugely recommended.

I liked the commentary in "There's Something About Mary". It seemed to me that the things the Directors cared about were the things that mattered. There's a Terminator 2 commentary which is very good. It's very produced; there's an anchor who introduces various other speakers to cover different...
