It was hard work, that last quarter-final. Could be easier to set the questions than answer them I think. I did get all the PG Wodehouse characters though :D And Galahad Threepwood isn't an obscure character at all, for the record.

SoftTorrents has FreeLeech until 02 November I guess.

Title says all. :)

Deathly Hallows.

Yep... X-Men 3 was idiotic compared to the subtle and nuanced X-Men 2. People blame Ratner for this, but he did a fine job of aping Singers' world - the blame lies squarely at the moronic script and the insanely short production time.

I think Star Wars might give the format a boost more than any other title but I dont think there's a movie in existence that could change it into a mass market format. The Matrix showed what dvd could do over VHS but the jump from DVD to Bluray is less significant so it only really appeals to...

I like Christian Bale as an actor, but in no way whatsoever should he have been cast as John Connor. He doesn't suit that role. And if we're being honest nobody will ever be able to get the feel of the films right apart from Cameron, the third one was alright but doesn't match up to the first 2.

do you know offhand which player you're getting? just out of curiosity.

Its in the Top 3 of John Carpenter films for me,along with Halloween and The Thing "Just remember what old Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big old storm right in the eye and says...
