Man, I'd be upset if I were you... did you enable Rev-Xtend? Are you spraying so much fuel that there's a puddle behind the bike? Were you on a reputable dyno at a reputable dealer? What curve are you using? Who did the work? That type of build should be pushing numbers like 80/90, not 60/80...

Generally with stock "stones" your speedo is off by about 5 mph. So at 55 you are doing 50. I was told this but proved it by having my wife do 55 on the hwy and my speedo read close to 61. I still have my stock "stones" on. Different size tires will effect speedo, odometer and mileage...
