Of course. I think starting from the beginning would be obligatory. New audience, new dub. Starting in the middle would be terribly confusing for most viewers.

I'm sure there are. But the amount of bleating you get when you say you don't like them is incredible. Hence their inclusion.

I couldn't get into Ocean Rain the way I did with Crocodiles. The only standout tracks for me are the singles. :(

Patrick Bateman knows alot about music, I remeraber in the book there were a couple of detailed chapters just about musicians.

The John Butler Trio is often thought of as a jam band, but their albums don't really reflect this. The production is quite polished and prominent. Great band though, one of my favourite artists.
