Have you tried cutting your pills to make swallolwing a bit easier. Also have you tried the NettiPot for clogged nasal and junk in your throat ? i would not be without my Nettipot to clear nasal, does wonders. Wondering if some infection is beginning. Warm salt water gargle may help too...
