If you haven't already you should check out Amorphis (especially their early material),Amon Amarth,Prayer For Cleansing,At The Gates,Arch Enemy and Darkane. I can't even describe how good Amorphis' Tales From The Thousand Lakes is.One of the great metal albums is about all i can think of.
