Personally I love the dub though some voices are odd choices IMO. SGT Frog is a great show for otaku's and a fun show for kiRAB when they understand what the frogs are talking about. In order for kiRAB to understand it they had to pull a Bo-Bobo, Samurai Pizza Cats, Duel Masters, what have you...

As far as Alice in Chains goes, the only album I have is Dirt, which is a great one. I also have some random songs from them on my PC, like 'No Excuses' and 'Man in the Box'. They are good, but even so, I don't feel inclined to try out more of their stuff. A bit boring.
