Back to the Future on DVD

its mostly the dvRAB that went out in 2002 of BTTF that were messed up, but if you got yours in the last 2 years they should be fine. There nothing messed up on my discs there perfect. :D

Daniel Craig is the new Bond

I agree, for me it should have been either him or Dougray Scott. If they're going to go for a more gritty Bond with less gadgets and general silliness, Craig is an actor who could bring real depth to the role. It just has to be hoped that the film will be up to scratch, considering how much is...

Would anyone else like to see an animated feature scoop 'Best Picture?'

I reckon if Avatar had to be nominated at all, then an animation category would be most appropriate.

    The "Carry On" thread

Personally, I wasn't a great lover of Carry On Columbus - I truly feel the film should have never been made the fact they quickly threw: Julian Clairy, Martin Clunes, Rik Mayall and Richard Wilson into the mix - just didn't work in my opinion the carry ons should have ended in the lates 70's...

    David Lynch's 'Inland Empire'.

ah - i didn't realise it wasn't out yet. you kind of need an ear to the ground with his films. love his stuff, and mulholland drive absolutely blew me away, so l'll look out for this - although am away for a month from the 8th, so unlikely it'll be on when we get back. maybe there'll be an art...

Pissed off with Limewire and sick ppl who use it

Cool down guys!!!!! Yes we do occasionally get ranters here .. but in this case I don't think Bbeboi is really falling into exactly the same category. She/he seems to have a lot of maturity some others seem to lack. Think carefully about that now won't you.

    Music and Lyrics

It's more 'Two Week's Notice' than 'Notting Hill', and lacks the subtle polish of the Richard Curtis-era Hugh Grant films. Despite feeling distinctly American, it's still a good wheeze and Hugh does what Hugh does best; the bumbling Brit who on this outing is a former 80's pop star. The music's...

swollen / stiff right index finger

not sure if I am allowed to bump but it's been over 2 months since I posted this. I have searched google, but I don't get anything close to what I describe. It will happen at least once or twice during the day. Again, it's only the right index finger. When I curl or squeeze that finger in I...

    Citizen Kane

I agree with the poster above. While i will not deny that technically it is a very impressive film storywise i was bored to tears beyond belief. I also hate the view that if you don't like citizen kane then you are stupid and have no taste in movies.
