That is the most satanic statement I have witnessed all day.

They are epic, though they literally use the same 'beat' in every song, at least on Demigod.

It's close. I just listened to both, and I got the same "good but nothing special" vibe from both. I'll say TV on the Radio, because they kinda have their own unique sound, which is refreshing I suppose.

Still, it's more interesting than Batman and Robin. This show went from Mediocre to Anise to Bottom of the Barrel in a matter of minutes.

I only know a few, but right now my favorite punk band has to be Anti-Flag. I just purchased their new CD the Terror State and it's really good. My opinion isn't that fair, though, because I barely know too much about punk music. ;)

And why they don't want to lose one, they ignore my statements. Unrefutable, you've ignored them and Im just hoping the people who actually read them will agknowledge that you havn't said anything about the fact you won't pull your head out of the Beatles sandbox.

Variety is the spice of life.

I have a very "Impress me or GTFO" attitude when it comes to music. EDIT: the next entry's gonna be sad.... :C

I don't know. I love them and think they are a great band, but I also formed my opinions about them back when they were a current band still putting out new music. So you and I are certainly approaching them with two very different points of reference.

great Pearl Jam tune, love the Beastie Boys, i can also dig Dizzy Gillespie, Steel Pulse and The Flaming Lips. never heard of The Remains, not that into the White Stripes or Bruce Springsteen. rest i haven't heard. Mastodon-Trainwreck Burning Spear – Man in the Hills Andrew Jackson Jihad –...
