    burning hands

Sounds like you are extremely sensitive to jalepenos. I agree with kris about the cortisone, but use sparingly. Next time, wear some food-handler's gloves! Hot peppers can be extremely irritating to some people. Soibhan

    best film of 2005

My top 3 would probably be Sideways, Serenity and Ray. A few others of note would be The Aviator, Vera Drake, Kinky Boots, Charlie And The Choclate Factory, Wallace & Gromit, Revenge Of the Sith, Harry Potter and Narnia - really impressed with them all.

Kenneth Williams 'Fantabulousa!'- Starring Michael Sheen.

Well said that poster. The books are excellent. He started out as a 'serious' actor and was a wonderful speaker. I watched an old 'Audience with Kenneth WillIams' recently and it was still captivating even though it was some years old. . We have lost performers of his calibre and the...

[POLL] What weapon do you choose?

talk about lousy selection. i'll have to assume the semi auto machine gun means an automatic rifle like ak/m16. that would be the most versatile, long or short range, and ability to carry a lot of ammo which matters most since you have to shoot hoarRAB of them in the head. deagles are nice...

The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas

I'm definitely going to rent this, and will make sure I stock up on tissues beforehand. To say it looks like a real weepie is an understatement.

Any Other Christopher Walken Fans Out There?

I have been a massive fan of Christopher Walken since I was 14. (I am now 41!) No one has ever come close. I don't know what it is about him (well I do, but this is a family forum) but I love the roles he plays and I think he has an amazing capacity to spellbind and hypnotise. I was surprised...

The Dark Knight SPOILER thread **Do NOT read if you've not seen it**

The last 30minutes with the Joker were boring. Lots of superhero movies have a great start, middle and then lose it when they feel the need to do the obligatory fight sequence in the end. I was far more interested in the Two Face stuff.

    help any one please

Lateisha, Your son could be ADHD or have Aspergers autism, emotional disorder or a myriad of other learning and behavioral difficulties. The only way to know for sure is to have him evaluated by a professional. I don't agree with just medicating a child. I don't know how things are done in...

    Kick Ass!

I think when film-makers put children in adult situation, party to shock and amuse, they have to ask themselves whether it's strictly necessary. There's no reason why Hit-Girl couldn't have been 16 or even older. I realize that I'm probably coming over as a bit of a killjoy so I'll stop going on...
