I am looking for a phone. I had a prepaid one, but after the minutes expired and the phone deactivated a few times, I got tired of reactivating it and getting a new number. I need a phone, but I don't make many calls. I spend most of my time online, and when I am out with friends, I get bored...

I can successfully connect my n80 with my laptop through ad-hoc mode, but is there a way to share files with one another? I tried looking at home network on the phone; I have no idea how to use it. I think it only works with infrastructure. Sure would be nice to share files by ad-hoc.

You'll most likely want a quad-band phone, such as the Motorola RAZR or the Sony Ericsson W810i. Then, buy a pre-paid SIM card there, which is cheaper than paying roaming charges.

How are you able to get three days out of the N80? Most of us have to charge it every night. The same with my N95, even with moderate use I still have to charge it every night. Since I don't want to carry an extra battery I'm going to purchase a USB and car charger for the office and road.

I get a small delay when I'm using the app over T-Mo's EDGE. But when using Wi-fi, I haven't noticed any lag at all.
