I didn't realise there were a series of Dee detective stories. I might seek them out. I adore Andy Lau - so that's the main reason why I want to see it :o The reviews have been fairly good so far...I don't expect it to be a masterpiece but certainly looks enjoyable.

I disagree with this, but making Superman Returns a sort of sequel to Superman the Movie and Superman 2 was a mistake as it didn't give it the freedom it needed.
