I don't recall if any of the NVFS Palm's will allow you to replace G2 with G1. I use TealScript by TealPoint Software - to get the fell of G1. And I refuse to buy anything with a Xerox Label on it because of the stupid lawsuit that they brought against Palm claiming "copywrite" on G1.

If the build number's the same, then yes, but I could have sworn T-Mobile UK has all their Hero phones on 1.6. I mean the G1 on T-Mobile UK is, and it's a less powerful phone. The Hero only started getting 2.1 recently. So yes, you may need to wait a while. But I suspect T-Mobile UK will never...

I tried formatting it on the phone didn't work, then i plugged the sd card in my comp. tried formatting on computer, then it worked put it back in my phone.. and then like it didn't work -.-

If your on Verizon why not get the Droid? Its camera is better than the iPhone's and it is hailed as the best Android phone to date.

I have my phone connected to my home network and my girls network both wpa easy. When i got to work there are tons of open networks, now on my laptop i connect no problem, but on my e61 every time i scan with wlan wizard the networks seem to be changing... i'm in one spot but i keep losing...

I went to a sprint store They claimed that voice dialing is a $5 add on to any of the black berry's except they were not sure which blue tooth headset would be needed. They thought it was headset dependent.

...but, alas, it did not. Do any of you have this problem? In my phone's contacts, a typical number looks like this: 8085551212...no parentheses, no hyphens, nothing. It makes reading the number very difficult. Might it be because my E61 was not made to play nicely with American phone numbers...
