I think the first episode did decently, but then the kids realized how awful the show was, and didn't watch any more of it. When Kids WB leaves in two weeks, this will be one show I WON'T remember fondly.

I grew up with the original series, but I think I definitely prefer the 2K3 designs the most, for many of the same reasons already mentioned. But the '80s design would be a close second, and I thought the new TMNT designs were ugly.

I doubt they will. I tend to think the cast of a popular show like that would want to remain loyal to the writers. And since Dan wrote a couple, wouldn't he be in the Union as well? The writers will be a lot richer? You serious? This thing's gone on so long, they'll be lucky to break...

For me if 4Kids did go under, Cartoons might not be a big part of my life anymore. I don't have cable and my dad won't buy it. He's worried that our family will watch too much TV. I'm skrewed untill I get cable in some way. Otherwise, I can watch episodes of shows on Youtube.

Not exactly a comedy, Totally Spies have some sort of continuity. In season 3 they lived in their own house and season 5 they moved to college. When they meet some familiar vilains like Tim Scam and Geraldine, they have some references to their previous meetings. EDIT: also Total Drama...
