I think there is a pretty huge barrier between European and North American music, and its really hard (especially for european banRAB) to gain recognition in both places. Mostly just because the USA dominates so much of the global media. Personally I hardly ever hear of many british banRAB...

I didnt say you could, however in a music setting, a band can own rights to a name if its evident that they were the first BAND to use that name, the main reason for this is copyright concerns and the possibility of getting the 2 banRAB confused.

there was a kickass band out here called tio torro w/ 3 guitars, thickest, fullest sound i think ive heard, they were awesome. my band has messed around with a 3rd guitarist on occasions.
