I'll assume you meant to say you wouldn't rate any GnR album as your favorite rock/metal of all time. ;) I loved those albums when they came out. I even pre-ordered them, the first time I pre-ordered music evar! "You Could be Mine" was the shiz! That said, one of the few times I had the radio...

So it took FUNi a yera and a half to license Rosario Vampire, yet it took only about 6 months to get Sora no Otoshimono? Also, I'm iffy on SnO. I still don't get why a lot of people really love it. I only know this series because of that one gender bender episode.

I once owned "X" but could never make it through to the end so I got rid of it. But I've never seen Ninja Scroll and I have heard good things about it. Now if Ani-Monday can possibly extend and also create an Ani-Tuesday or something for this summer then we might be talking about a really good...

I think Rush was absolutely brilliant up through Roll The Bones, and then they dried up on the songwriting front. They still produce SOME good music, but I never found them magical from start to finish, like I did the earlier works. For me, Hemispheres through Signals are the most magical years.

I remeraber seeing a dvd many years ago about Sabbath, where I think Ozzy or Tony Iommi stated that the band were sat in a cafe in Birmingham one day thinking about ideas and names for the group, when one of them remarked on the queue for the nearby cinema that was showing old horror flicks, the...

After many, many listens I would have to give this just 3.5 outta 5. Some of the songs just kinda went nowhere. I suppose It's Homme's singing style that bothers me the most. His lyrics are great and he plays the **** outta his guitar. Alot of his melodies were on point, but alot just bored me...

Gracias, appreciate that. Must admit Converge tend to be a bit shouty for me. Small doses is pretty much all I can stand.

So is it just me or am I one of the very few who know who Natt Weller is? I found him on another music forum and I really dig it. I mean, really. I haven't found anything else about him or come anything, but I don't really understand why. Is no one else into the JRock-ish scene...

"Ponyo" Talkback (Spoilers) Yeah, I definitely noticed that the visuals had a very simple storybook element to it. The waves especially had a very flat quality to it. I kinda expected to see some transparency effects but I can tell that it was very deliberate the way they animated the...

My favorite Seasons? 1,2, and 4. Best dubbed even if the dub isn't a bad as %98 of anime fans put it? Frontier and Adventure 01. Adventure 02 and the annoying jokes, Season 3 suffered the same problem but people forget because Tamers is everybody's favorite show. they ommited a lot of the...
