I'd say 6620 if you need 850, if not, apparently the N70 was a solid performer. Personally I liked the 6682 better than the 6620, but it does have noticably less RAM. Not USABLY less, I still found it to work great as it should, but you can't have like, 7 programs running at the same time like...
