same her with my Verizon blackberry Tour 9630. When I enter MEPD it shown that network BLOCKED. Nothing appears when I entered MEP2. I believe that antoniogonzalez misunderstood the problem. Even I used an active Verizon SIM card nothing happened. Any suggestion except send the phone to DM3...
