    I've had it since late September. I got it from hi-mobile so I'll give it a try... they do have a warranty you can buy from them but this being my first unlocked phone I didn't realize getting it was a good idea (boy what I know now!). Maybe I can entice them by paying the warranty fee now...

    welll poor performance (battery wise) AT&T not being able to handle the activation volume no 3g high cost it has its share of problems BTW i love the numbers something like 40% were nokia/moto users 30% treo and like 6% blackberry
