I like Dimmu Borgir. I don't have a clue what genre they fall into, and I don't particularly care. I just like the music, in part because the singer sounRAB like a dying frog. I like the big symphonic sound in some of their songs. They aren't amazing musicians or anything, but they've got a...

OK, I get it and I agree. Now, how exactly is today's anime less original than older anime? I'll admit this current season might not be as strong overall as, say, the 2003-2004 season, but saying that "anime back then=good, anime now=bad" is throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Modest Mouse "The Moon and Antarctica" Often considered their masterpiece and while it isn't my favorite this is the album that got me into Modest Mouse and its damn good. This album is quite a bit to swallow like the Soft Bulletin or 69 Love Songs but when it hits it really hits. Favorite...

wow! they got another yes vote from someone with less then ten posts!

If you think that his taste starts with Nirvana and enRAB at Greenday then you have only seen the tip of the iceberg. I'd say he has some of the most expansive taste this forum has seen. Can we see your top 10 favourite banRAB? I don't want to start anything, just curious is all.

It was Madonna's Hard Candy - just love listening it.

Swell Maps yes, forgot about them. I thing Wire are better than Cardiacs but not by that much.

Well rab is definitely a huge one for me. I've discovered so much of the music I love thanks to you guys :) Other than that, I hit up blogs, usually I'll search for an album and then end up looking through it. If there's a lot of good stuff I'll watch. Occassionally someone else that actually...

I agree its better than some of the songs that did. I'm getting pysched for Hurabug, I read that they recorded 24 songs for the new album. Also Great EP name, too bad the song its named after isn't.

Not sure about the White Strips but I like the White Stripes ok and that's a good song, good Radiohead songs too, I even like that Spacehog song. Not a fan of Stabbing Westward, John Mayer, Drive by Truckers or Tom Waits (though I do like Primus, didn't know they ever collaborated), and I...

Calling One Hot Minute and Californication utter "pish" is probably an overstatement. It's just different is all...

It's different...think I'll have to give it multiple listens before I decide whether or not I like it.

K, I'm gonna download every album on this list on a whim.

Mr. Bungle - Disco Volante Come on guys it's not that nutty, it's fun! :p:

As much as I don't like to say it... No. It has not aged well, and with Destiny, it got worse. On its own, SEED was rather conventional fare really, with a few splish-splashes of originality over an old style of plot. It only found itself after the second half when it started to get more...

Since October 2008. Here's the page I'm sent to http://www.last.fm/subscribe?r=1

I've just got the one (120GB iPod classic). It's pretty much full capacity at the minute though, so it's got to the stage where I have to delete an album to put a new one on. It's not the best situation but I do have a lot of junk on there that could do with culling, so I guess it's healthy as...
