That's a bit backwards. 850 is good for penetrating structures because it's a lower frequency, but doesn't travel as far as 1900 because it's so low, so more of the 850 towers need to be set up in an 850 network. 1900 travels farther, so you a network doesn't need as many of them in an area, but...
