I've been waiting for months for the N80 as it seems to be the perfect phone for me. However, I'm hearing rumors that it won't be available because of disputes from Cingular. I need a new contract and would like to buy a subsidized phone rather than a high priced unlocked phone. Why spend $800+...

I beg to differ.. while the KRZR may be more stylish... it is DEFINATELY less advanced than the V3xx. The V3xx is a Maxx in a different shell. External music controls, QVGA 2.2" screen, 3 and 3.5G (UMTS/HSDPA) and updated UI. It TOTALLY blows the KRZR out of the water.

A reinstall is my only course of action?

I have a Sprint Treo 700wx, but ive played around with cingular's high speed devices and they are just as fast. I don't know about their service everywhere, but the little time that i used it i was impressed.

Oh bother... Make me look up and down their website.. well.. thanks for setting me straight Nine.. Might be a bit more useful if they placed this somewhere convenient... but that would make too much sense.. "Hey, if I want to download, I should look in the FAQ, insted of the download page"...

does excite truck suck?

All you do is hit the button on the controller, it turns on the 360.

the specs on the sgs are the best...but id rather have a phone with a good physical feel and polish to it. I heard that the sgs feels like some generic nokia or motorola. Honestly I want one of the newer phones so bad but I'm waiting this one out. My droid can keep me happy for the next few...

Nope. You'd have to be a fairly light user to get those hours outa the N95, if thats the case get the Iphone because music seems to be a bigger priority for you. Apparently it lasts 24 hrs on a single charge. Although if you are comfortable carrying an extra battery/charger on you, N95 would be...
