I think America is better at it. Case in point- the Transformers Unicron Trilogy vs Transformers Animated. Animated was subtle with upgrades and made you want to buy the toys by strength of the story and characters. The Unicron Trilogy in contrast never really let up on pushing the toys...

I guess it's to do with the type of ROM. Here in England the ROM is EFIGS (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish) and in the US they have a US ROM. I guess in Africa, there must be another ROM which supports your country's currency etc. I suggest contacting Dataviz with your Documents To Go...

I just did it to my phone last night. I thought I knew the default pin and tried to change it, oops! I just went on T-Mobile's site and did web chat with customer care and they were able to give me my PUK as well as change my SIM Card pin. *phew*
