I would be interested to know if anyone has seen this film yet? Does the story make for a good cinematic experience, or is it, well, a bit dull? I haven't read the novel, so I have nothing to compare it against, but from the looks of it, it looks quite a classy film. The +2 hour runtime is a bit...

Most probably you might have been banned for being at a tree, somewhere downstream from an invite seller. It has happened somewhat often lately. Here !! I can't promote users (only demote them).

What you choose to host/leech from trackers/usenet is up to you. As I said, you're paying for a service to binaries/txt whether they're warez or open source is irrelevant. Does it really matter how much profit a organization makes? The 'millions of dollars' isn't profit it's gross margin - how...

They put the blame on stuff like videos and games because it's so easy to get into the public minRABet. It provides a quick explanation when they can't be bothered to go into a more in depth reality. There's no way what the Bulger killers did was influenced by videos or games or anything like...

I agree about Wrong Turn 2 being a decent straight-to-dvd sequel, better than I expected. Didn't think Vacancy 2 was too bad either.

Hi all, I went to see it this morning while the cinema was quiet (and was quite disturbed to see how many people can eat hotdogs and cheese Nachos at 9.30am :D). I very much enjoyed Batman Begins and I wasn't bothered about all the Oscar hype regarding Heath Ledgers performance. Actually I...

The Emperor of the North, Robert Aldrich's 30s Depression period piece in which genial hobo Lee Marvin tries to put one over on psycho train boss Ernest Borgnine by hitching a ride on his jealously guarded train. It belongs here purely because I've never seen a movie in which the cast appeared...

Er, no. I happened to read a thread with someone asking if people had seen certain films. Someone said Taking Lives was crap and its box office performance proved it. Then I read a comment on this thread that made a very similarly worded statement about box office and quality. So, I went back...
