The films I really like hes made are.
Sleepy Hollow - Fantastic film, thought Johnny Depp was great in it.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - I wasn't sure if he would pull it of, but after seeing it I think he did a really good job with it.
Batman Returns - In my opinion the best Batman...
Yep I agree. Since when did a film adapted from a book have to follow the book exactly? Screenwriters take the book and use the bits they want to and discard the bits they don't. Some parts of novels are inherently uncinematic while other parts that a novelist might skip over can become great...
Please give it a try, you dont need courage, you're not going for an exam or interview, no need to be nervous. Once you do it you will wonder why you haven't in the past. Go to an early showing when its more likely to be quiet if you dont want lots of people around. Good luck.
Wow, just seen this film and loved it!!! I liked the first one, but this one was just so much better!
Edward Norton is one of my favourite actors too, so I liked seeing him play something different.
There was a few bits in the film which I thought "how did that happen" or "how did they get...
yeah forgot to mention that one.. there is a James Cagney box set and 2 Box sets for Bogart
Can also add in The Asphalt Jungle but that not really a gansta movie..
that's what I find so annoying now unless you see 100 million gallons of blood and loaRAB of shootings everyone says a gansta film...
I thought this about Batman, too. Critics over-hyping films is becoming the norm! :p
But in fairness, Im a wrestling fan, and its portrayal of what happens is spot on in my eyes. You couldnt get more real, apart from Beyond the Mat.
Hannibal Lecter, Annie Wilkes and Jack Torrance! There are a few.
I find anything involving little girls creepy, like Samara from 'The Ring'.
Evil little things lol :D
I have just seen this film on dvd for the first time and i was disappointed with it to say the least.
The storyline was terrible, the acting/actors were terrible just the whole film was terrible.
The best bit of the film was right at the end in the credits where they played the Bond theme...
Children of 12 shouldn't be shown R rated movies. But I'm guessing that's not why the parents are suing...
You should read some of the message boarRAB following other sites' reports of the story. You'd think this was 1850, not 2007.
All drama aside... I couldn't care less about PP... I DO care about its staff. The members make the site, no doubt. Glad to see all the decent staff members carried over to the new place. I just tried logging in, and it looks GREAT so far.
Big thanks to ALL the new staff... especially...
