If I'd have to go with one of those three it'd be the original Dragonball. However on the other hand my favorite era is Frieza's era. Meaning everything before Goku blasted him. The series should have seriously ended with Goku dying on namek when it exploded.

I rewatched all of the 01 dub recently, and noticed that the bad jokes don't really start until around the Dark Masters saga. Strange that Nimoy and Buccholz were forced to start making the series more jokey as the series progressed.
