Sounds like you need the E70-2 North American version. That'll give you access to the 850/1800/1900mhz spectrum. I mean, obviously you'll notice some improvement. Maybe the E60 has a better 1900mhz radio in it, it wont compare to an 850mhz and 1900mhz radio
