The video to Bjork's "I Miss You" features Jimmy the hapless idiot boy and George Liquor. And the video to Weird Al's "Close but no Cigar" features Cigarettes the cat. And there's a video that features Wallace and Gromit.

Season 3 is at the top for being the only FG season with both strong jokes AND great character humor. This was when it really settled into it's own identity and it was a real shame it was canceled before they could continue on this path. Season 2 is next for bringing stronger jokes than season...

The newest tv series by Fresh tv (known for 6teen and the Total Drama series) 'Stoked' will be released fairly soon (June 25th in Canada) so I decided to start a thread for any thoughts. Here's a link to Teletoon's site for it...

I don't get HBO Canada (which I'm not sure it even airs on?) but even if I did, I probably wouldn't watch it. It's too painful to look at.

Ummm...so you like guys who give their homecoming dates herpes? Though, I will say that out of all the American Dad characters Steve is probably the most likeable.

I forgot, I also didn't like "Bart The Mother" and "Sunday, Cruddy Sunday" as much as Speedy. "Bart The Mother" was alright and I agree with the points about how it was a very Oakley/Weinstein style episode. That worked. But the lizards really creeped me out and after they were introduced, I...

I dont see how the "Up" reference is an "Up" reference. I thought the joke was using the old cliche of people using a bunch of balloons tied to a chair to fly through the sky. We've seen that done before "Up." I think the real joke was Homer was too fat so Lenny and Carl replaced him and flew...

Disney and WB made better animated cartoons back in the '30s and '40s. Nausicaa was released a year before the TF movie and Akira would be released only 3 years later. You can't say Transformers' animation was "great for its time" because by that time, animation had already shown how truly great...

I'll second that. The show's funny, sexy, action packed. Considering the stuff licensed instead just hurts.

I know there something ABOUT peggy

I thought it was overdone when I saw it in Alice in Wonderland.

I was kinda leaving it as a joke, that it is how some people see Cartoon Wars. But one can like both series while still loving Cartoon Wars. It is like laughing at yourself. If you love Family Guy and South Park, you should be able to see both can be laughed at by how stupid they really are.

I liked the earlier songs (1999-2004) but after that I have yet to find one that I like.

HAPPY BOITHDAY, WABBIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bugs1:

Gregte is correct, my bad. Adobe "pdf" files should be able to be read by Palm Adobe but you might need to download an update for the TX. The reference to the PDB (Palm Database) file threw me..... I'm not much into freeware because of the old saying "you get what you pay for" so I don't know...

So the yogi says, "Beatlenut, you must snatch the pebble from my hand." And I said, "Who are you calling a beatlenut you melonhead!" Heh heh. (pause) T-that was sort of the beginning of the end. Darkwing Duck from the episode "Dances With Bigfoot".

I think anybody that feels strongly enough to actually -hate- Captain Planet is probably some Glen Beck/Limbaugh/O'Reilly culture warrior who considers it a legitimate threat to all that is good an holy about our military industrial complex. Most people just probably consider it a bit silly and...

I liked the puppet part if only for being different. The rest was pretty forgettable. Shoot, when was the last time Martha Stewart was relevant?

Did they give any details about the release of the Simpsons movie on dvd?

For those who are about to say this is not a big deal, not everyone has cable TV. Though there are also the DVDs.
