Thanks for all of the input so far. I guess I am just anal or impatient. Maybe both. Its just hard not knowing how something works sometimes. If this were an automatic door or access control system I would be answering the questions not asking them....grin I guess what I do not understand...

i had heard that from someone a while back, but haven't heard anything since. it would make sense with the impending evdo rollout tho.

I know, same here didn't know who it was until the end when I saw the credits.

HA, WHAT DID I TELL YOU GUYS? BUT NOOOOOO, YOU SAID I WAS READING TOO MUCH INTO IT.

I think you'd have to throw OTEP into this conversation - any of the songs where she's screaming about the abuse - heartfelt, heavy and very, very angry.

Yeah I've also gotten into this band recently and I am digging it. Some good stuff. They are from Australia I believe?

Don't hold me to my word on that story - that's just what I've heard/read somewhere, at some point... I may have even dreamed it. Who knows? I'm pretty sure I didn't dream it though. I think.

He is right.

i think he's great.

Spike Spiegel is definitely Jewish (at least half), modeled after Bob Dylan (hell, he even usesBaby Eagle/Jericho 941, an Israeli gun staple). Fay is a tough one, but she's clearly not 100% Asian (though none of the cast is 100% anything). Her eye and hair color cannot be trusted, and it's...

I see that a lot of people are missing the point of this thread and have instead turned this into yet another "dub vs sub" back-and-forth. A pity. So rather then jump in and argue the same points I always do, I'll address something that I hadn't seen brought up in any other "dub vs. sub"...
