If you want expandable memory, your only choice is the V635, which is limited to 512mb. If you want a decent amount of memory, the w600 has 256mb and has a cool form factor. Not to mention you can get it cheap from Rogers. The Samsung P207 and the SE Z520 are both great phones in their own...
